Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel an order?
In the app, open Orders, select the order and tap Cancel order. You can cancel up to 1 hour before the pickup window starts.
What if I can't pick up my order in time?
Contact support before the pickup window ends — our contact details are above.
What's inside a box?
The contents are a surprise: the venue packs each box from what is left at the end of the day. If you have allergies, check the contents with the venue before you order.
How do I report a venue or the contents of a box?
Tap the ⋯ button on the box page. We review reports within 1–2 business days.
How do I delete my account?
Customers: Profile → Delete account. Your data is deleted immediately and any active orders are cancelled.
Restaurants: send a deletion request from Profile — an administrator confirms it.
How can a restaurant join Tamyr?
Sign in to the app as a restaurant and submit an application. Review takes 1–2 business days.
